Since 2008, I have been driven by a profound passion to heal and uplift both people and animals through energy work. With the main focus on acknowledging the body's natural healing capabilities, rooted in scientific principles and holistic approaches. My dedication lies in nurturing connections that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, while embarking on a transformative journey to uncover the true essence of balance and wellness.

A girl with a dream and drive = Passion

My Passion for horses began as early as I can remember. It has always been a calling for me to be with them. I was raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts and growing up in the city horses were hard to come by. When I was 8 years old, I was introduced to the horse world for the first time and I was hooked. I would ride anything that had four legs, from crazy ponies to world class show jumpers. I loved making every horse become the best they could be and keep them from being set aside or neglected. I was blessed with the opportunity to work with top show barns and thought I wanted that as a career, but choose to look into medicine. In 2002 I competed my bachelor degree in Chemistry. Life has many twists and turns, my twist led me to get married and move to Canada. When I moved from to Canada I was able to tap into a new understanding of horses. The horses here were as close to wild as I have ever seen and I learned by watching and listening to other coaches, trainers and horses. I learned to think outside of the box.

This led me to start training as a Reiki Master in 2004, and develop my skills as a registered practitioner. I began my journey of healing , and working with clients and adding energy work as part of my training program, and the results spoke for themselves. In late 2012, I lost a mentor and a friend who was always asking me questions about what I did and why. The more he questioned the more focused I became. I started a journey deeper into my own awakening and discovered my gift of helping animals and people onto their paths. In 2014 I became certified in equine assisted learning (EAL) and created energy sessions, connected riding & workshops. in 2023, I became a Registered Reflexologist, in order to continue to add to my toolbox of healing. I have worked with many horses, animals, and people helping them transition into a new way of understanding themselves and others. It has allowed me to focus with intention and taught me to listen, trust and to develop a deeper awareness that allows for the ultimate reward; helping you begin your journey to ReBalance, ReConnect & ReEnergize.
